ADARE, CASHEL, AND IRISH NATIONAL STUD, IRELAND

Day 7 was a busy one on the tour. We left Killarney and stopped in Adare to see some more thatched roof houses. We drove through Limmerick to see King John’s Castle on the river. We stopped in Cashel to see the Rock of Cashel and have lunch.

After lunch, we took a tour of the Irish National Stud in Kildare.  The Irish National Stud breeds thoroughbred horses.  They have one stallion, Invincible Spirit, that costs 70,000 Euro to breed a mare with.

After all of that, we went to an Irish cabaret dinner theater.
