Stratford-Upon-Avon is Shakespeare’s birthplace, and the home where he was born still stands, even including the original wood flooring.

We took a quick drive out to Anne Hathaway’s Cottage before visiting Shakespeare’s Birthplace in town. Later that evening, we walked to the church where Shakespeare is buried, but the church had already closed for the day, so we were unable to see Shakespeare’s final resting place.
